About
JoAnna joined our firm in 2023 after relocating from Georgia. She has more than 16 years of experience as a paralegal. JoAnna previously served as the Program Director of a child advocacy and sexual assault center for 4.5 years where she was also an advocate, forensic interviewer and MDT coordinator.
JoAnna received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Assistance Studies and Political Science from Georgia College and State University and received her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She plans to take the NC bar exam in February 2025.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and reading.
