Xylia Sparks-Davis is a native of Wilmington, NC, and earned a B.A. in History from UNC-Wilmington with a concentration in Middle Eastern Studies. Xylia is a paralegal with more than 20 years’ experience supporting civil litigation teams in cases in NC and SC state and appellate courts; U.S. District Courts; and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In her spare time, Xylia is a writer who has authored several books, is a motivational speaker and a professional toddler chaser.
